We have built two houses and one major remodel with Eric. Attention to quality and watching the costs are Eric's hallmark. Being an absentee owner requires great trust in your contractor. Eric always acted in our best interests and the resulting product always met our expectations.

During the past ten years Bervid Custom Building has built two houses on Tahoe’s north shore for me, the first being a three story, five thousand square-foot lake view, and the second being a smaller, rustic style two story. Both excel in craftsmanship and beauty.

We met Eric Bervid in May 2007. He had been the contractor on the construction of a home that we purchased at Lake Tahoe and since that time he has been our most valued construction contact in the area. He looks after our property when we are not there, always responsive to whatever our home needs are.
Eric continues to work on our home and has replaced a bathroom cabinet with a double sink, and at a later date replaced a jacuzzi tub. Both projects came out “better than new”, on time and on budget.
We highly recommend Eric, and frankly feel he is a friend, not simply a contractor.

Eric has been such a terrific asset to us in many ways.
